I am a licensed psychologist and performance enhancement coach with over 25 years experience and life-long ongoing studies in mental, physical, spiritual and financial well-being. As a facilitator of change, I have an interactive style. Utilizing both brief and longer term therapy approaches, I employ a unique combination of psychodynamics, developmental psychology, cognitive therapy, hypnosis, NLP techniques, physical analogues, kinesiology, mindfulness, energy awareness, metaphors, creative expression, affirmations, imagery, communication skills, success strategies and spiritual perspectives for enriching life.

I established The Revitalization Center in 1984 to fulfill my dream to enrich people's lives - to move beyond problems and limitations - to become more by reclaiming full, alive living.

GETTING UNSTUCK -- Until we are able to resolve our problems and self doubts, we remain stuck in the muck of limited living. In the initial phase of our collaboration, the goal is to apply the best intervention(s) to help you get unstuck in the shortest possible time. Before human beings can become more, they have to be free to move from where they've been stuck. Once freed, the possibilities are endless.

BECOMING MORE -- Well-being and vital, purposeful living are keys to enrichment. Enriched human beings are nonjudgmental and fully present in the moment. They can see multiple perspectives and feel connection to THE WHOLE. They are free, available, and powerful, in a continuing process of becoming more - a most wonderful way of being and living!

CONNECTING TO THE WHOLE -- As human beings expand their perspectives of who they are in relationship to others, they begin to realize that they are part of THE WHOLE - part of everyone and everything. This realization creates a spiritual perspective that enhances our abilities to become more.

FORMAL EDUCATION -- I was awarded both my undergraduate degree in Sociology and my Masters in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, my Masters in Psychology and my Doctoral studies in Developmental Psychology from Temple University, and my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia Pacific University.

PSYCHOLOGY PRACTICE -- My office is located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, in Eastern Montgomery County, minutes from Philadelphia, Bucks and Delaware counties.  I work with adults, children and adolescents, couples and families.  Contact me for more information about your therapy and enrichment options.

INSURANCE COVERAGE -- If your medical insurance allows you freedom to choose your own doctor, then you will be eligible for the specified benefits.

DIRECTIONS -- Two minutes from the Fort Washington exit of the PA Turnpike and route 309, Hollywood Road is at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Bethlehem Pike. 7237 is the second building on the right hand side, and my office and waiting area are on the first floor.
